Estimations are normally free of charge !

UNLESS it is for the following reasons;-

1.  It is for a Personal Estimation just to see what is it worth for example after renovating.
2. For an Insurance Company
3.  For a Bank ​

N.B. Please remember that our staff are qualified
to give you an estimate of your property,
this is not the same as an appraisal.
An appraisal is carried out by a qualified expert a Surveyor. 
It is not the same thing.
All Our staff are qualified and have years of experience or a diploma certificate.
