Agency fees from 1st January 2024
 
1 000 à 35 000 Euros..............................................................................10%
35 000 à 45 000 Euros............................................................................ 11%
45 000 à 80 000 Euros...............................................................................9%
80 000 à 100 000 Euros.............................................................................9%
100 000 à 150 000 Euros............................................................................8%
150 000 à 450 000 Euros...........................................................................7%
Over 450 000 Euros.................................................................................6%
 
 
Estimates are free of charge
if it is offered for sale by Heritage International Properties Ltd.
otherwise, there will be a charge of of 150 Euros (VAT not included!)
 
N.B. Please remember that our staff are qualified to give you an estimate of your property, this is not the same as an appraisal. An appraisal is carried out by a qualified expert. It is not the same thing.
Our staff are qualified and have either years of experience in the field of valuation or a diploma certificate or both.
