N.B. Please remember that our staff are qualified to give you an estimate of your property, this is not the same as an appraisal.

An appraisal is carried out by a qualified expert a Surveyor. 

It is not the same thing. All Our staff are qualified and have years of experience or a Diploma Certificate or both in some cases.
